Ferruccio Fenoglio
Founder / Project Coordinator / Network Builder
LinkedInFenoglio-org is a small cultural project practice led by the Fenoglio's family.
We work with museums, cultural organisations, public bodies, and creative partners to develop projects that are collaborative, practical, and rooted in place. Our work brings together European partnership building, museum engagement, and creative methods for turning stories, collections, and local knowledge into public experience. We start from the needs of the project, not from a fixed formula.
In some cases, that means helping partners shape a cooperation idea, define roles, and build a stronger project structure. In others, it means working with museums and local actors to create content, visitor experiences, or small digital tools that are realistic to use and maintain.
We prefer clear collaboration, manageable formats, and work that stays close to the identity of each place.
Fenoglio-org works at the meeting point of coordination, cultural interpretation, and public engagement.
Our contribution can include:
Helping cultural partners structure ideas, build collaborations, and move from concept to implementation.
Supporting small and medium-sized museums with accessible formats for visitor engagement, including lightweight digital experiences and interactive storytelling.
Facilitating groups of residents, schools, volunteers, associations, and cultural actors to create new content for museums and other shared community spaces. This can include stories, routes, interpretation, exhibition texts, simple games, and digital materials shaped with the people who know the place from within.
Fenoglio-org combines European project coordination, visual development, game-based storytelling, and community engagement.
A key coordination reference is NEAR/ANK/2021/EA-RP/0005 – IPA II Competitiveness and Innovation, where Ferruccio Fenoglio worked as Team Leader Technical Assistance, coordinating EU and regional stakeholders within a €1.7 million programme.
In creative production, Julien Fenoglio contributed to En Garde! as a concept artist and storyteller, combining visual development with narrative work.
Corinne Fenoglio contributed to Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? through concept art and 3D production, bringing together character-focused design and game-ready visual development.
Camille Ferond adds experience in community engagement, training, and international organisational development, including roles with SVUNA and ISPI EMEA that are relevant for partnership-based cultural and educational work.
We are interested in working with museums, heritage organisations, local authorities, cultural networks, and creative partners who want to develop projects that are participatory, accessible, and grounded in real communities. We are especially interested in collaborations that connect cultural heritage with small institutions, local knowledge, and European cooperation.
